The Chino Valley Town Council voted in favor this week to hold a Special Election in May to ask voters to allow the Town to levy an initial property tax to fund a Road Construction and Maintenance Program; and to also allow the Town to purchase one or more water utility companies. Arguments supporting or opposing either ballot measure can be submitted for publication in the election voter information pamphlet. Arguments must be submitted to the Town Clerk by February 20-th.
