Snowfall numbers right on prediction

The National Weather Service in Bellemont says snowfall numbers for the weekend were right on track. Meteorologist Darren McCollum says Forest Lakes and the Grand Canyon picked up 8-to-9-inches, Flagstaff 5-to-6, Kayenta 4-to-6 and Pine/Strawberry with 4. Prescott reported a half inch while Alpine and Window Rock picked up 2-to-3 inches of new snow. McCollum says most locations are still short of what they should be at in terms of snowfall for this time of year. He says that could change with a small storm this weekend and a larger possibly next week.
