YCSO issued a sex offender notification for residents living on Shannon Brooke Lane in Bagdad. 35-year old Jacob Young has a history of predatory sex crimes, has been convicted of a dangerous crime, or is diagnosed as a serial predator. He was convicted in Phoenix. When Young was 16, he violently raped a 65-year old woman after breaking into her house while she was sleeping. After the rape, he stole her belongings and her car. Young is a level 3 offender or high risk to the community.
