Just before midnight on Sunday, DPS responded to a single vehicle rollover crash near Lower Red Rock Loop Road just south of Sedona. DPS Spokesman Quentin Mehr says a passenger vehicle was traveling southbound on Highway 89A when, for an unknown reason, the driver lost control of the vehicle and it rolled over and landed in the median and caught fire. Sedona Fire crews responded and put out the flames. Mehr says the driver and a passenger recieved minor injuries. Their names have not been released. The cause of the collision is under investigation and impairment has not been ruled out. The crash closed 89A Southbound for over an hour.
