Wildfire stats have been released for fires that have occurred so far this year in the state. Through June 4-th, there have been 804 wildfires in the state; of these fires 795 were human caused. The remaining 9 fires were caused by lightning. Total acres burned in the state so far this year comes to 70,412. The area where the most fires occurred was on Bureau of Indian Affairs land with 310-fires burning 28,587-acres. State Lands and Forest Service Lands take the second and third place.
