Curbside plastic recycling in Flagstaff is changing. Starting June 1-st, only plastic bottles and jugs, numbers 1 and 2, will be accepted for recycling. The changes stem from the recycling market, which has been significantly impacted due to the Chinese government no longer accepting certain types of recyclables as imports. A new buyer has not been found.
