Flagstaff Police have issued a sex offender notification for residents living on the 4100 block of East Huntington Drive. In 1990, 53-year old Leonard Castanon, A.K.A. Carpenter, was convicted in Graham County Superior Court of Child molestation. Castanon was 26 at the time of the crime. The victim was a 4-year old female not known to him. In 2015, Castanon was convicted of failure to register as a sex offender.
Flagstaff Police have also issued a sex offender notification for residents living in the 900 block of East Route 66. In 2016, 19-year old Zachariah Bowen was convicted of sexual abuse.
Flagstaff Police have also issued a sex offender notification for residents living in the 6400 block of Settlers Run Road. In 1996, 41-year old David Strange was convicted of Child Molestation and sexual abuse.
