YCSO has issued a sex offender notification for residents living in the 3100 block of North Prescott East Highway in Prescott Valley. In 2004, 53-year old Erik Bryan was convicted in Cochise County of sexual conduct with a minor. The victim was a female child known to him. Bryan is a level three offender or high risk to the community.
