5/23 A portion of Yavapai County is now under Stage-2 Fire Restrictions, which bans all forms of open burning. The restrictions are in place in Ash Fork, Seligman, Black Canyon City, Congress, North Wickenburg, Peeples Valley, Yarnell, and Wilhoit. The restrictions are in coordination with federal partners, including the BLM and the Tonto National Forest, which entered Stage-2 Fire Restrictions on May 1-st.
