Yavapai College President Dr. Penny Wills announced this week that she will retire as president of the college at the end of the year. Wills says she wants to spend more time with her husband, family and friends. Wills is the 9-th president of the college; she was hired in 2011. Over the next 30-days, the Governing Board will develop a timeline to replace Wills.
