5/26 A Coconino County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging 32-year-old Ochra Manakaja, with 21-felony counts from the May 17-th discovery of a deceased 16-month-old child in a freezer at a Flagstaff hotel. The indictment includes 1-count of first-degree felony murder, 1-count of second-degree murder, 18-counts of child abuse likely to produce death or serious physical injury, and 1-count of abandonment or concealment of a dead body. Her arraignment is next. Flagstaff Police responded to the hotel where they found the deceased child along with two other children, ages 7 and 9.
