8/04 Prescott says the northbound lanes of Highway-89, at the Willow Lake Roundabout, is closed, due to a waterline break that has compromised the integrity of the roadway. The break occurred just north of Point Rocks Campground. The city and their contractor are working on a plan to repair the roadway. Northbound traffic is being detoured to Willow Lake Road at the roundabout and southbound is not impacted.
