4/22 YCSO arrested a sex offender in Tonopah for allegedly sending illegal sexual communications. Officials say 44-year-old Andy Racer was arrested on April 9-th after detectives learned that Racer had been sending explicit text messages and images over several weeks. Racer was also found to be in possession of child pornography. He was charged with Aggravated Luring of a Minor, Attempted Sexual Conduct with a Minor, and 10-counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
