9/3 ADEQ will be in Cottonwood on Wednesday, September 23-rd, to give an update on the application and remediation of the slag pile on East Birch Street in Cottonwood. ADEQ and the ADHS completed their look at health and environmental concerns with the area, including slag near the VFW Post 7400 site. The meeting will be held on September 23-rd, from 5:30-to-7:30-pm at the Cottonwood Recreation Center.
