6/13 DPS says a semi, headed south on I-17, was going to fast when it rolled and slammed into a rock wall at the Bumble Bee off ramp, Wednesday. Officials say both the driver and passenger were ejected from the cab, due to neither one of them wearing their seatbelt. They suffered severe but non-life-threatening injuries.
