V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES WORK SESSION OF MARCH 10, 2020 & REGULAR MEETING OF APRIL 7, 2020. Comments regarding items listed on the agenda are limited to a 5 minute time period per speaker. VI. CONSENT AGENDA--The following items are considered to be routine and non-controversial by the Council and will be approved by one motion. CONTRACT WITH PIMA PAVING, INC., FOR INSTALLATION OF CURB, GUTTER & SIDEWALK ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF MAIN STREET BETWEEN THE SANTA CRUZ WASH BRIDGE AND OLD CLARKDALE HIGHWAY. 2. PRE-BUDGET DEPARTMENTAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND GOALS FOR THE LEGAL, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, ORDINANCE ENFORCEMENT, POLICE, COMMUNICATION, FIRE & MEDICAL SERVICES, TRANSIT, WATER, AND WASTE WATER UTILITIES DEPARTMENTS. 3. ONE YEAR EXTENSION OF THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH FPA, LTD. (DOING BUSINESS AS FIREWORKS PRODUCTIONS OF ARIZONA), TO PROVIDE A FIREWORKS DISPLAY FOR THE CITY'S FOURTH OF JULY EVENT. 4. RESOLUTION NUMBER 3046-–APPROVING THE SUBMITTAL OF A GOVERNOR’S OFFICE OF HIGHWAY SAFETY FISCAL YEAR 2021 GRANT PROPOSAL FOR DUI TASK FORCE OVERTIME EXPENSES. 5. RESOLUTION NUMBER 3047--APPROVING THE SUBMITTAL OF A GOVERNOR’S OFFICE OF HIGHWAY SAFETY FY 2021 GRANT PROPOSAL FOR A TRAFFIC LASER/LIDAR SPEED MEASUREMENT DEVICE. 6. RESOLUTION NUMBER 3048--APPROVING THE SUBMITTAL OF A GOVERNOR’S OFFICE OF HIGHWAY SAFETY FY 2021 GRANT PROPOSAL FOR FUNDING FOR TWO SELECTIVE TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT SPEED SIGNS. 7. RESOLUTION NUMBER 3049--AUTHORIZING THE SUBMITTAL OF A GOVERNOR’S OFFICE OF HIGHWAY SAFETY FISCAL YEAR 2021 GRANT PROPOSAL FOR SELECTIVE TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT OVERTIME EXPENSES. 8. RESOLUTION NUMBER 3052--APPOINTING CHRISTOPHER YOUNG TO THE PARKS & RECREATION COMMISSION. 9. RESOLUTION NUMBERS 3050 AND 3051--APPOINTING KATHERYN TURNEY AND DEBBIE GARRISON TO THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION. VII.
