10/14 Wickenburg Police say they arrested a man they had been looking for in connection with a harassment incident that occurred on Monday. Officials say Contreras Salazar harassed a resident in the area of Jack Burden Road. He also reportedly fled from officers. He was caught in Phoenix on Tuesday and was charged with disorderly conduct, harassment, unlawful flight, reckless driving and criminal speed. Salazar is also a registered sex offender and was on probation at the time of his arrest.
