10/1 Several seasonal closures will soon happen at the Grand Canyon. Park officials say Cape Royal Road and Point Imperial Road will be temporarily closed from October 16-th through November 2-nd, for road repairs and rehabilitation work. The entire North Kaibab Trail remains closed due to damages caused by flooding. The General Store and North Rim Campground will close October 15-th. The North Rim entrance gate on Highway-67 will close November 30-th, or after the first major snow storm.
