12/23 Prescott Valley Police listed 15-year-old Isaac Q. as a runaway yesterday. He was last seen on Tuesday, December 16-th at his family’s home on Yavapai Road. Isaac has dark brown hair and a scar on his cheek, under his right eye. He was last wearing a white t-shirt and dark colored shorts.
