Early Saturday evening, Jerome Fire responded to a motorcycle accident on Highway 89A, north of Jerome near Walnut Springs. Chief Rusty Blair says a motorcyclist crossed the center line at an unknown speed and collided with a pickup truck. Blair says the occupants of the pickup were no injured, but the male motorcyclist was transported to VVMC for treatment of significant injuries. His name has not yet been released.
