3/17 The National Weather Service in Flagstaff issued a Wind Advisory for much of northern Arizona from 10-am to 6-pm with west winds of 20-to-30-mph with gusts from 45-to-55-mph. Even stronger winds are expected on Tuesday, with colder temperatures and chances for rain and snow showers north of the I-40 corridor. Although some showers will likely reach the Flagstaff area, most amounts are trivial, but a few places over the Kaibab and into the Chuskas may see an inch or two of snow. A drying and warming trend develops by mid-week and continues into this next weekend.
