6/03 Partners Against Narcotics Trafficking or PANT, made an arrest in connection with a fatal overdose that occurred in Prescott in March of last year. Police responded to a hotel and found a man deceased from a drug overdose; the man’s children were also found in the room, unharmed. The investigation led PANT to 33-year-old Kyle Guanell of Mesa, who was taken into custody on May 21-st. Guanell is being charged with manslaughter, the sale of lethal fentanyl, transportation of narcotic drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
