Friday afternoon, Prescott Valley Police arrested a man wanted on several felony charges including aggravated harassment and stalking; he has eight open cases in Prescott Valley alone. Sgt Jason Kaufman says 51-year old Paul Luke Phillips was found and arrested in the Poland Junction area. At the time of his arrest, he was in possession of multiple firearms. DPS and YCSO assisted with the arrest.
