3/21 Flagstaff says flood mitigation work along Linda Vista Drive is nearly completed. The city is currently on track to permanently open the road on or before May 23-rd. The opening of Linda Vista Drive will coincide with the full closure of the Fourth Street and Cedar Avenue/Lockett Road intersection as ADOT prepares to replace that intersection with a roundabout. Linda Vista Drive will be one of the detours.
