Interim Coconino County Manager James Jayne appointed Jay Smith as the Coconino County Forest Restoration Director. The Board of Supervisors approved the appointment this week. Smith earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Forest Management from NAU. Smith is currently the Senior Forester for Good Earth Power and has been in the industry for over 20-years.
