12/26 Prescott says repairs to Highway-89, between the Phippen Roundabout and the Willow Lake Road Roundabout, were completed and the roadway was reopened. The roadway was closed on December 15-th, due to an effluent line leak that compromised the roadway. Crews will come back to restripe the roadway.
