3/30 The Coconino County Attorney’s Office says a Grand Jury returned a felony indictment against 20-year-old Carter Eslick for 1-count of hazing, a class 4 felony. The indictment comes as Flagstaff Police finished their investigation into the death of 18-year-old NAU student, Colin Martinez. Martinez died New Year’s Eve during an initiation event at the Delta Tau Delta Fraternity House.
