12/3 Flagstaff Police are warning the public about a warrant scam currently circulating in the area. Suspects are contacting members of the public claiming they have a warrant for their arrest for money laundering or drug trafficking and if the warrant isn’t immediately taken care of, they’ll be arrested. Law enforcement will never contact you to pay a warrant or administrative payments. If you receive this type of call do not provide any personal information or banking information and contact law enforcement.
