12/30 It’s Day-9 of Yavapai Silent Witnesses Catch-22 program. Today a $1-thousand cash reward is being offered for information that leads to the arrest of 53-year-old Scott Lemoine. In January of this year, Lemoine was arrested for criminal trespassing, 2-counts of resisting arrest and 2-counts of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer. Lemoine was released from custody and failed to appear in court as scheduled. A statewide felony warrant has been issued for his arrest. Lemoine has a prior address in Prescott Valley and could be in Cottonwood.
