In September, 2022, Jeffers was arrested by Prescott Valley Police for domestic violence and aggravated DUI. It was discovered his Blood Alcohol Content was .186 at the time he was driving around with 3-children under the age of 15. He was found guilty and placed on probation, which he has violated.
