Cottonwood Main Street Improvement Project Substantially Completed

2/3 Cottonwood says paving work has been completed along Main Street, between Mingus Avenue and Highway-89A. Workers will return this spring to finish final pavement striping. Cottonwood has now finished reconstructing the entirety of Main Street, between the City limits and Highway-89A.
