12/27 ADOT hopes to be at the halfway point on projects at the Highway-93 and I-40 interchange by the end of 2025. The interchange project in Kingman features a new free-flowing connection between I-40 and Highway-93. Officials say on Highway-93, between Wikieup and I-40, crews will start a project to widen a 2-lane section of Highway-93 to 4-lanes. The improvements include 84-miles of new pavement on Highway-93 and 48-miles of new pavement on I-40. All the work will be done by 2027.
