The Clarkdale Town Council Tuesday voted to fill the vacancy on the council with Debbie Hunseder. Hunseder will fill the seat until November 13-th or until a successor is appointed. The council also voted in favor of hiring The Novak Consulting Group to help them search for a new Town Manager; Gayle Maberry is retiring next year. The council also voted in favor of awarding a $92,000 contract with Shephard Wesnitzer for the Broadway Overlay Project.
