Vehicle thefts on the rise.

Flagstaff Police say vehicle theft is on the rise. Officials say in Arizona, a car is stolen every nine minutes and 21 seconds, and across the nation one is stolen every 25.3 seconds. During the past 20 years, vehicle theft has increased by more than 379% in Arizona alone. Thieves cruise through parking lots, city streets, and neighborhoods to see what they can take. Officials say all cars are potential targets, but the top 10 vehicles that are currently being stolen in America are: Chevrolet and Ford full-size pickups, Nissan and Dodge Ram pickups, Nissan Sentra, Chrysler Colt, Saturn SL, Honda Accord, Honda Civic and the Toyota Camry.
