DPS released the name of the woman killed in a crash on I-40 Sunday afternoon. For unknown reasons, the vehicle driven by 30-year old Katherine Franco of Pinedale, California left the westbound lanes, rolled through the median and came to rest in the eastbound lanes. Franco was pronounced dead on scene. The crash occurred near Chambers.
