Prescott Valley Police issued a sex offender notification for residents living in the 4700 block of North Minor Road in Prescott Valley. In 2000, 65-year old Keith Frederick Seering was convicted in Iowa of lascivious conduct with a minor. Seering is considered a level 2 offender or an intermediate risk to the community.
