Wednesday evening, Chino Valley Police responded to a report of a motorcycle accident at the round-a-bout on Highway 89 at Kalinich Avenue. Lt. Vince Schaan says upon arrival officers observed 46-year old Brian Goe, of Prescott, laying on the inside apron of the round-a-bout with severe injuries. He says officers immediately detected a very strong odor of alcohol coming from him. Goe was transported by helicopter to FMC for advanced life-saving care. Witnesses interviews estimate Goe was travelling at approximately 80-mph, well above the 45-mph limit.One lane of south bound 89 was closed for the duration of the investigation.
