1/7 It’s Day-2 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch-22 program and today a $1,000-cash reward is being offered for information that leads to the arrest of 39-year-old David Ornelas Junior. Cottonwood Police arrested Ornelas during a traffic stop for possession of meth, drug paraphernalia, marijuana and 2-counts of taking the identity of another. In August of 2020 he was found guilty and placed on intensive probation supervision, which he violated. Ornelas has previous addresses in the Verde Valley and Flagstaff.
