YCSO says Recidivism has Dropped to 15.4%

11/08 YCSO says the Yavapai County Reach Out Program, which connects newly released inmates with services aimed at keeping them from reoffending and returning to jail, is working. The national average for people returning to jail after release hovers at around 40% while Yavapai County’s has dropped to 15.4%, which should translate into fewer crimes.
