11/08 Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Army and Airforce ROTC Cadets will perform a 24-hour guard on the All Soldier’s Memorial at the Yavapai County Courthouse Plaza beginning at 6-pm Sunday, through 6-pm Monday. The event will kick-off with a Wreath Laying Ceremony at the memorial, starting at 5:30-Sunday.
