11/04 The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office released their DUI patrol results from Halloween night. Officers focused their attention throughout the Show Low and Pinetop area. Between the hours of 6-pm and 4-am, deputies conducted 15-traffic stops resulting in 3-misdemeanor arrests, 1-DUI arrest, an Under-21-DUI, and 1-vehicle was impounded. In 2023, in Arizona, there were 5,761 alcohol-related crashes resulting in 332 people killed. Navajo County reported 95-alcohol-related crashes in 2023, with 8-fatalities.
