10/30 The Sedona Planning and Zoning Commission will do a site visit Tuesday morning at 9-am. Members will travel to the site of the proposed “Villas on Shelby” at 2250 Shelby Drive. A 30-unit affordable housing project is proposed. The Commission will then consider the project during their regular meeting at 4:30 on the same day, in council chambers.
