10/29 The National Weather Service in Flagstaff says quite a few areas received substantial rain last night, especially across the northern I-17 corridor. A strong cold front ran into remnant moisture from former Hurricane Kristy. Many areas have recorded over an inch of rain with over 2-inches across the San Francisco Peaks.
