National Preparedness Level Drops to 3 Thanks to Cooler Weather in Parts of the Country

10/22 The National Preparedness Level has decreased to a 3. The National Interagency Fire Center says while 30-wildfires continue to burn across the country, the fall weather is helping to improve fuel conditions in some areas. The National Interagency Coordination Center has also seen a significant decrease in the ordering of resources for the past several days.
