10/22 Flagstaff Police released a little more information regarding an October 1-st case where they received a 911 call reporting a man putting an unresponsive woman into a vehicle. The vehicle was stopped on South Milton Road and 38-year-old Sandy Singer of Tonalea was found deceased inside. The investigation has led to the arrest of 38-year-old Samuel Lee of Ganado. Lee was jailed on charges of 2-nd Degree Murder and Sexual Assault. No other details were released.
