10/17 The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office arrested 54-year-old Jeffrey Rozycki of Heber in connection with several burglaries in the Heber-Overgaard area. Officials say the investigation began in July of 2023 when some building materials were stolen from a construction site. Over the next 15-months, eight additional burglary and theft reports were made in the surrounding areas. Those thefts included solar panels, piping, boats and trailers. Some of the piping was traced to Rozycki’s property where other stolen items were recovered during a search warrant.
