10/14 Flagstaff Police responded to a shooting Sunday afternoon in the 700-block of North Canyon Terrace Drive. Sgt Jerry Rintala says upon arrival contact was made with 20-year-old Philip Green of Flagstaff who was standing outside the house. Inside, they found 21-year-old Dylan Carter of Flagstaff deceased from a gunshot wound. Rintala says Green was arrested and charged with manslaughter. The incident remains under investigation.
