10/14 The National Interagency Fire Center says the number of wildfires burning across the country went up slightly over the weekend; from 29-to-31. Officials say wildland fire activity continues in 11-states with nearly 11,000 wildland firefighters and support personnel are assigned to the incidents. During hunting season, off-road vehicles are often used to travel to hard-to-get places. Be cautious when driving or parking on dry grass or brush.
