10/02 Flagstaff Police are investigating the death of 38-year-old Sandy Singer of Tonalea. Tuesday afternoon, Police received a call of a man putting an unresponsive female into a vehicle. The vehicle was stopped and all attempts to revive Singer failed. Investigators have executed multiple search warrants, processed evidence, and conducted numerous interviews as part of this active and ongoing investigation.
