A candlelight vigil for a state trooper killed in the line of duty is scheduled on the lawn of the Arizona State Capitol in Phoenix. DPS says the event this evening honoring Tyler Edenhofer will feature addresses by Governor Doug Ducey and DPS Colonel Frank Milstead. The 24-year old Edenhofer was fatally shot last Wednesday night along I-10 in Avondale during a struggle involving several troopers and a man suspected of throwing rocks at vehicles. DPS officials have said Edenhofer was shot with another trooper’s gun by a 20-year old suspect. Spokesman Raul Garcia says Isaac King was charged with 1-st degree murder Sunday. (Thanks to AP)
